GreenStitch, a sustainability-focused SaaS platform designed for the fashion and textile industry, has raised $1.2 million in its seed round led by Equirus InnovateX Fund, with participation from Ivycap Ventures, Warmup Ventures, and Zeca Ventures.
The round also saw participation from climate and fashion experts and entrepreneurs like Anshuman Bapna (founder, Terra.do), Sumit Jain (CTO, Zalora), Pankaj Vermani (founder, Clovia), Amit kumar (founder, Nobroker), Senthil Sankar (founder, Ecoline) has also invested in this round.
The proceeds will be used to strengthen its team and product and build a database for fashion and textiles.
Founded by Narendra Makwana and Arpit Samdani, GreenStitch integrates directly with enterprise ERP and PLM systems, consolidating information from multiple supply chain tiers, identifying data gaps, and using AI and machine learning to fill missing details. This ensures reliable Scope 3 GHG calculations, even with incomplete datasets, while also identifying ESG risks in the supply chain.
In addition to data-driven emissions tracking, GreenStitch offers tools for decarbonization and predictive modeling. These tools enable companies to evaluate how design choices and supplier decisions impact carbon emissions—helping businesses adopt proactive sustainability strategies before production begins.
