Foodtech giant Swiggy has launched a new app, SNACC, to deliver food in 15 minutes.

In October last year, Swiggy introduced a 10-minute food delivery service called Bolt in select cities. This service aims to deliver quick-to-prepare meals from popular restaurants and quick-service restaurants (QSRs) within a 2-kilometer radius of the customer.

The SNACC app currently offers a range of items, including breakfast, coffee, baked goods, cold beverages, eggs, and protein, sourced from third-party food providers and notable brands such as Blue Tokai and The Whole Truth.

Moneycontrol was the first to report this development.

Swiggy is adopting a strategy similar to Zepto and Blinkit, which have recently launched separate apps for food delivery.

The instant food delivery market is heating up, with Zepto preparing to launch a dedicated app for Zepto Cafe, offering 10-minute food deliveries. Zomato-owned Blinkit has also introduced a standalone app, Bistro, for instant food delivery. Zomato is the latest entrant in the quick food delivery space, while emerging players such as Swish, Magicpin, and Zing are also gaining traction.
